Justice has lived in Billings since 1991 and has a large family to take care of in addition to his YellowBall family. As the leader of our solar specialists he is passionate about the customer experience and paying attention to detail. He believes in doing the job right the first time and not sacrificing quality to have the least expensive bid.

Lisa is the life of the party here at YellowBall. With years of experience in the solar industry, Lisa is dedicated to ensuring that your solar experience is not only efficient, but also enjoyable and fun! Outside of the solar world, she cherishes moments with her family and two fur babies. Her favorite season is summertime, where she indulges in outdoor adventures such as camping trips, motorcycle rides, and simply basking in the sunshine!

Art is the certified in house Electrician for YellowBall. At Montana State University, Art earned a degree in Process Plant Technology, but later found his calling in renewable energy. After apprenticing for four years under a Master Electrician, he earned his Journeyman License and set his goal with a focus in photovoltaic power systems. In his free time Art enjoys making music with his son, golfing with friends, or having a homemade cocktail with his fiance.

Brittany is a very outgoing individual with a love for everything outdoors. She’s passionate about talking through questions with customers and helping them get the solar system that fits their needs perfectly. When she’s not in the office, she spends her free time cooking, mountain biking/camping with family and rockhounding.

Alex was born and raised right here in Billings, Montana. He is eager to learn all aspects of the installation process and is passionate about renewable energy, the outdoors, and music. Alex enjoys spending his free time writing and performing music with his band, Joyce from the Future.

Austin is bilingual with a resume covering many construction facets. He was drawn to the solar industry as it appeals to his engineering side. He chose this career path to learn and explore different roles among the company.

Lance has 25 years in the mining and construction industries. During this time he focused on Safety and supervision. He completed MSHA Trainer certification with the Arizona State Mine Inspector’s office, he has also received the OSHA 30 Training certification. He decided to leave the sand and cactus of Southern Arizona, to enjoy the lakes, rivers, and forests of Montana with his family.

Originally from Lithia Dodge, Jason is stoked to be part of our team! He has three kids, and two grandkids. Jason loves spending time with his family and his wife, Katrina.

Brett is originally from Colorado and moved to Montana with his family in 2001. He graduated from Laurel High School in 2007. With a background in electrical work, he chose to specialize in solar, exploring a different side of the industry. Brett is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, traveling, camping, and spending time at the lake riding jet skis. In his free time, he loves flying R/C planes, snowboarding, and enjoying various outdoor activities.

James was born and raised in Billings, MT. He has lived here all 30 years of his life, he is married and has 2 boys with a daughter on the way this fall. He and his family enjoy spending time together camping,fishing, and hunting. James has always been an avid outdoorsman who loves any excuse to get outside. James has mainly done sales and customer service his entire professional career, having over 10 years of experience. He enjoys helping people find solutions, and problem solving, but most of all providing each and every customer with the best customer experience possible.

Cody has been in the Bozeman area since graduating college from the University of Minnesota Duluth. After pursuing an Industrial Engineering degree and working in the outdoor industry for a handful of years, he wanted a work environment where he could focus on the customer and work directly with them. He thrives to always provide the best service and while keeping quality at the highest standard. In his spare time, you will have a hard time getting a hold of him as he is probably chasing the next mountain peak, big trout at an alpine lake, or bugling elk in September.

Patrick went to high school in Billings and graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman. He has called Bozeman home for over 15 years. Patrick’s passion to help people and make an impact on his community has lead him to the solar industry. When Patrick is not busy connecting families with all the benefits of solar, he loves competing in sports, hiking, fishing, floating the Madison, and spending time with his wife.

Wyatt is a Montana native, born and raised in Culbertson. He later moved to Rapid City to begin his career as an electrician. After a few years of experience in the electrical field, he was drawn to the solar industry as a way to combine his expertise in electrical work with solar installation and apprenticeship.

Reed is a Wyoming native and a dedicated professional at YellowBall, bringing a passion for renewable energy and sustainability to the team. With a strong commitment to making a positive impact, Reed excels at installing solar systems while providing the best customer service he can! Outside of work, Reed is an avid hockey player, enjoying the teamwork and discipline the sport provides. Reed’s enthusiasm for both solar energy and hockey drives and energetic work/life balance.

Allen has been is sales since he was 18, 3 of those years in solar. He love taking care of homeowners and making long lasting friendships along the way. He recently moved here from Idaho. When he not working, you can find him hunting, fishing, or spending time with his wife and 4 kids.

Bryce was born and raised in Billings and has always found any excuse to spend time outdoors he can. He’s always been very conscientious of how his behavior affects the planet around him and has done his best to leave the smallest imprint that he could, that’s why he has found a passion for solar. He sees solar as a sustainable energy that could benefit so many people around him.

Sam is a family man, born and raised in Montana. Being in the construction industry for over 20 years, Sam brings a broad set of skills along with him to the install crew. Spending time with his family on his days off and pushing to be the best he can on the job. Sam is proud to have joined the YellowBall family.

Devon enjoys the hard work he does, loves to make customers happy, and is excited to see where this career takes him!

Raechl has a love for all things in nature. Always happy to help, she is new to renewable energy and eager to learn more. Outside of the office you can find her hiking with her three dogs, camping and traveling the world.

Trevor grew up in Joliet, Montana. He has over a decade of experience in various construction fields and almost as much as an electrician. He earned his journeyman license in 2021. Trevor joined the YellowBall team to learn more about the inner workings and mechanics behind solar energy. When he finally finds some freetime, he enjoys playing a round of golf. He also loves spending time with friends and his dog, Titus!

With a unique background in elementary/secondary teaching, this seasoned solar professional brings both passion and expertise to the renewable energy industry. He’s dedicated not only to advancing sustainable practices, but also to nurturing strong relationships with his team and community. A family man at heart, he cherishes time with his loved ones, especially his new daughter, who inspires his commitment to creating a brighter future for all.

Konnar was born and raised in Billings, Montana, and has a strong connection to his hometown. When he’s not helping people discover the benefits of solar energy, you can find him enjoying local events, floating the scenic rivers of Montana, or hitting the golf course. His deep appreciation for the outdoors and his community fuels both his work and his hobbies.

Sarah Oster is a seasoned professional with two years of experience in door-to-door sales, specializing in solar energy. Based in Billings, she brings a deep understanding of Montana’s market and is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Currently pursuing a degree in business finance and economics, Sarah is known for her clear communication and commitment to her clients, making her a trusted advisor in the industry.

Kaden is a driven solar professional with a passion for music and a strong sense of loyalty to his friends. His commitment to his work and creative spirit define both his career and personal life.

Garrett McCarty, a graduate of Montana State University, received a bachelor’s degree in Conservation Ecology. He developed a passion for solar energy with years of experience in construction throughout Montana with an immense motivation for sharing sustainable practices. His goal is to help Montanans become more self-sufficient with their energy demands. When Garrett isn’t installing solar, he enjoys Montana’s great outdoors; which include fishing, hunting, backpacking, snowboarding, climbing, and other recreational sports that this treasure state has to offer.

Sven Tate is one of Yellowball Roofing and Solar’s Bozeman Installers With five years of solar experience on, and off the roof. He grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. In 2018, he moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University where he received his Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Management. Along with his degree, he has received certifications from Solar Energy International, and various solar system installer programs. By utilizing his skills gained from his engineering degree to design, install, and troubleshoot solar systems he aspires to help Montanans access sustainable and independent energy. When Sven isn’t installing solar, he is skiing, mountain biking, running, backpacking, and scrambling the many peaks around Montana.

Ethan recently moved to Montana from Wisconsin, he has worked in the construction field since he was 15. Ethan is very interested in solar and wants to learn more. He moved to Bozeman for the experience and the great views. When Ethan isn’t working he enjoys being in the outdoors, skiing, hunting, and exploring.

Before joining Yellowball Jorge Rico was an accomplished and decorated Real Estate professional. Awarded the Compass Florida Top Producer award in 2020 and 2021, as well as 2023 REALTrends Wall Street Journal America’s Best Realtors award for his teams outstanding sales volume. He now resides happily in Bozeman, Montana, which is now his forever home with his wife and two daughters, he is currently enjoying his beloved passion in the solar business and embracing new opportunities in the renewable energy sector. He is proud to be a part of an industry where his contribution is making a positive difference in our world.

Rory was raised here in Bozeman before getting a degree in mechanical engineering at Montana State University. He has enjoyed getting involved in the renewable energy industry and hopes to learn a lot at Yellowball Roofing and Solar. When he isn’t working he loves to ski, bike, and hunt, enjoying the amazing outdoors that we have here in Montana.

Eyden is our Account Manager here at Yellowball! She specializes in effective communication with homeowners to facilitate loan funding and completion. With a strong dedication to her work, Eyden ensures a seamless experience for her clients. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending quality moments with her family, and exploring her passion for cooking.

Austin is a hard worker from Texas and a great asset to the Yellowball team! When he’s not at work, he loves playing online games and going to breweries with his fiancé.

Jose is from Arizona, but came up to Billings, Montana, to continue his solar career. He loves being out here, the people are great! He’s been doing solar for almost a decade, and is passionate about solar, no matter the shape or form! Jose loves helping people and views solar installation not only as a job, but a family.

Cassidy has joined the YellowBall team as our accountant bringing over two decades of extensive experience and education in accounting, finance, business management, and human resources, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization!  Though new to the solar industry, Cassidy is eager to learn and contribute to our mission. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the stunning mountains of Montana through hiking and camping, cherishes time with her family and fur kids, loves to cook and travel, and is a passionate football fan.

Brian has been in the solar industry for the past 4 years. He started in solar with a different provider in Billings as the President of the Solar Division. He’s been involved with each step of solar from the design phase, installation, electrical, service, and support. Brian is excited to expand more into the solar industry, as technology develops, and we are grateful to have him at YellowBall Roofing and Solar. When not working, he enjoys spending time camping, playing with his dogs, riding motorcycles, and collecting hobbies.

John recently moved up to Montana from his home in Arkansas where he gained almost a decade of experience as a Journeyman. Yellowball is his first solar related job, so he’s excited to add these new skills to his electrical foundation! When he’s not at work he loves hanging out, and playing video games with his significant other.

Abigail is a marketing and international business graduate from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has a background in healthcare startups and renewable energy. Now based in Bozeman, she is dedicated to promoting sustainable solar solutions. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, travel, and spending time with family.

Joseph was born in Idaho and did masonry in Yellowstone park after graduating high school and waiting to go to the army. He traveled the world working with other countries in nato until being deployed to Kuwait and Iraq in response to 9/11. He lived in Germany and came home to help his parents that he now takes care of. He has always loved to travel the US always, returning here to the Bozeman area 5 times before finally settling here 10 years ago. He believes that anything worth doing is worth doing correctly the first time.

Benji grew up in Teton Valley Idaho and Moved to Bozeman in 2018 to attend MSU. He spends most his time in the backcountry snowmobiling, skiing, or bagging peaks with his border collie/healer Huck.

Cason was born and raised in Laurel, Montana, and has always been passionate about renewable energy. As an Appointment Generator, he enjoys helping others make the switch to sustainable power. In his free time, he loves creating music and hiking through the beautiful scenery of Montana.

With over 12 years of experience in the construction and sales industries, Mason is eager to enhance his expertise and contribute to the improvement of the lives of others by facilitating more efficient and sustainable living environments. Mason is an avid outdoorsman who engages in hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.

With 24 years of experience in construction and sales, Jarred has worked extensively in solar on both the sales and installation side of things, bringing a wealth of knowledge to energy-efficient solutions. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, custom metal work, and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing with family and friends.

Dakota has a passion for working hard and learning new things in and outside of work. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, hiking, camping, and more. He loves to travel and gain new experiences. He is looking forward to providing more Montana residents Solar Energy solutions.

As Chief Operating Officer of Yellowball Roofing and Solar, Nolan bring’s 14 years of leadership and management experience, driven by a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. His career has been built on a foundation of operational excellence, strategic growth, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. With a strong background in sports, he understands the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that he brings to every aspect of his role. As an active youth sports coach and community advocate, he thrives on mentoring others, fostering growth, and creating opportunities for success. Beyond business, he is a dedicated father of two daughters who believes in the power of relationships, both personally and professionally.
